and elsewhere…OCC was a nice "empty" area Saturday morning – no muggles in sight! We went on the geocache hunt after attending a retirement conference across the street. Sitting at a picnic table let us enjoy viewing the first cache’s contents.

D had to handle this cache a bit differently (delicately and carefully) than most of our finds.

Was this one our quickest, easiest find ever? You bet!

Even though our GPS seemed a bit “jumpy”, it resulted in finding this clever hide. Saw landscapers mulching nearby, but don’t think they paid any attention to us; hope they don’t disturb the cache.

Since we were already in the parking lot, we went inside and purchased a new compass to aid in our caching. D has a fantastic WWII compass he uses, but I wanted a simpler, more clear, easier to use one!
Thursday near Tontogany
One of the more clever hiding spots; but we found it! Since it was so close to home, it seemed like a "one-cache adventure" was in order after dinner last Thursday.
